 使用方法

中文：

潔面後，取適量均勻塗抹於臉部、頸部（避開眼周），輕柔按摩至吸收。建議每週使用 2–4 次，或依醫師指示。使用期間白天務必搭配防曬。

English：

After cleansing, apply a small amount to face and neck (avoid eye area). Massage gently until absorbed. Use 2–4 times per week or as directed. Always apply broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.
