每週2–3次，潔面後取適量於濕潤臉部，輕柔畫圈按摩1–2分鐘（避開眼周），徹底沖洗乾淨。敏感肌建議減少使用頻率。

2–3 times per week, after cleansing, apply a small amount to damp face. Gently massage in circular motions for 1–2 minutes (avoid eye area), then rinse thoroughly. Reduce frequency for sensitive skin.
