- 每晚沐浴清潔並擦乾肌膚後，取 1 支安瓶（5ml）輕輕折開。
- 將精華油均勻塗抹於腹部、臀部、大腿或手臂等需要緊緻保養之部位。
- 以由下往上、由外向內的打圈手法按摩 3–5 分鐘，直至精華油充分被肌膚吸收。
Apply 1 ampoule (5ml) every evening after shower onto target areas (waist, hips, thighs, arms). Massage in circular, upward motions for 3–5 minutes until fully absorbed.
