Thoroughly cleanse your skin and sanitize the device body with 70%+ alcohol wipes. -
精華打底潤滑 (Apply Serum)： 分區塗抹充足的醫用玻尿酸精華或生長因子原液，保持滑動順暢，防止拉扯皮膚。
Apply generous amounts of sterile Hyaluronic Acid or booster serum to keep skin lubricated. -
設定深度與檔位 (Set Parameters)： 安裝無菌針頭，根據部位旋轉調節針深（初學者建議 0.25mm-0.5mm 起步）並選擇 1-3 檔轉速。
Insert sterile cartridge, adjust needle depth (0.25mm recommended for beginners), and choose suitable speed. -
十字交叉滑動 (Crosswise Gliding)： 垂直貼合肌膚，採用垂直、水平或米字型輕柔平移，同一部位重複不超過 2–3 次，切忌用力按壓。
Hold pen perpendicular to skin; gently glide crosswise with light pressure without dragging or pressing. -
即時鎮定修護 (Calm & Soothe)： 操作完成後立即敷上無菌醫用冷敷貼（醫美修復面膜）15–20 分鐘退紅。
Apply a cold sterile post-treatment sheet mask for 15-20 minutes to rapidly soothe redness.
四、術後黃金 72 小時護理守則 / Post-Treatment Care

避免碰生水 (Keep Dry)： 術後 6–8 小時內避免碰生水，24 小時內建議使用生理鹽水溫和清潔。
Avoid tap water for 6-8 hours; cleanse with saline solution within 24 hours. -
加強補水修護 (Deep Hydration)： 術後 3–5 天肌膚吸收力倍增，加強使用成分單純的修復霜與保濕精華。
Apply gentle barrier repair creams and hydration serums liberally for the first 3-5 days. -
徹底防曬 (Sun Protection)： 外出配戴遮陽帽、撐傘進行物理防曬，避免陽光直射導致反黑。
Strict sun protection is vital. Use umbrellas/hats and mineral sunscreen after 24 hours. -
停用酸類產品 (Pause Actives)： 術後 7 天內請暫停使用 A 醇、水楊酸、果酸、磨砂膏等強刺激成分。
Avoid Retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and chemical/physical exfoliants for at least 7 days.
