一、 商品損壞或異常
請於收貨時仔細檢查訂單。若發現商品有缺陷、損壞或款式錯誤，請立即聯絡客服，我們將盡快為您評估並跟進處理。

二、 恕不退換之商品
基於衛生及安全考量，以下商品一經售出，恕不接受退換：

• 個人護理及一次性消耗品（如：美容儀即棄配件）。
• 促銷優惠商品及禮品卡。

三、 換貨安排
為確保您能最快收到心儀商品，我們建議您先將原商品退回；待退貨申請獲批後，再直接重新下單購買新商品。
