ZO Skin Health Pigment Control Crème 4%（中文常稱：ZO 4% 對苯二酚色素控制霜 / 去斑霜 / 美白霜）是ZO Skin Health品牌旗下護膚產品，淡斑產品，主要針對中度至重度色素沉著問題設計。
主要成分與功效

核心成分：4% 對苯二酚（Hydroquinone / 氫醌）
這是目前公認抑制黑色素生成最有效的濃度，能從源頭阻斷酪胺酸酶活性，逐步淡化並預防色斑形成。 -
輔助成分：甘醇酸（Glycolic Acid）
促進角質層更新，加速去除表層已形成的色素沉澱，讓膚色更快變得均勻平滑。 -
其他輔助：抗氧化成分（如維生素E、維生素C衍生物）、保濕及舒緩成分（如甘油、植物萃取）
幫助減輕使用過程中可能出現的乾燥或刺激，維持皮膚屏障。
主要功效
- 預防各種色素沉著問題，包括：
- 荷爾蒙斑（黃褐斑 / Melasma）
- 雀斑
- 日曬斑 / 肝斑
- 其他頑固型色素沉澱（Hyperpigmentation）
- 逐步漂白色素沉著區域，改善膚色不均
- 促進皮膚更新，使膚質更平滑、亮白
- 減輕色素形成相關的刺激
使用方式建議（常見醫美診所方案）
- 早間：潔面 → 精華 → Pigment Control Crème 4% → 保濕 → 防曬（必須搭配高倍數物理/化學防曬，SPF50+ PA++++）
- 晚間：常與Retinol / Tretinoin（維A醇）混合使用，增強去斑效果（可搭配Pigment Control + Blending Crème 4% 來緩衝刺激）
- 使用時間通常建議連續3–6個月，之後進入維持階段或停用對苯二酚（避免長期連續使用超過6個月，需指導）
- 初次使用可能出現輕微乾燥、泛紅、脫皮（屬正常反應），建議從隔天使用開始逐步建立耐受
注意事項
- 對苯二酚為強效成分，使用期間嚴禁日曬，否則可能反黑或加重色素。
- 孕婦、哺乳期、對成分過敏者禁用。
- 使用前建議先做皮膚測試，並在專業醫師指導下使用。
這款產品是ZO「Pigment Control Program」（色素控制方案）中的核心去斑霜，許多亞洲用戶用來對抗頑固荷爾蒙斑效果顯著，但一定要搭配完整防曬進才能安全達到最佳亮白均勻效果。
